love that it is stable to to sit on a table, but also comfortable enough for it to sit in my lap when I’m curled up on the couch. The light - medium - and high compression levels are so great for personalizing it, and I really like the medium and high. It’s like air balloons inside that inflate onto your hand providing just the right amount of compression to relax the muscles and encourage circulation. The heat is so therapeutic without being too hot, and if you don’t prefer heat, you can switch it to just the air fan. The massaging rollers are so relaxing to my muscles and joints. As a piano player, I really feel like this helps my circulation and muscle relaxation. The massage rollers are around the fingers, but if I insert my hand a little farther in, I can put the carpel tunnel area of my wrist on the heating cushion while the massage rollers are on my palms. This has become a welcome part of my evening relaxation routine on work nights!
